This handbook is the main component of IFES’ Training in Detection and Enforcement (TIDE) Program. The handbook is a tool that offers options for the enforcement of political finance laws, which enforcement agencies can apply to the challenges they face.

This guide is meant to augment USAID’s Money in Politics Handbook which spells out the benefits of disclosure. As such, it builds on and recommends ways in which to operationalize disclosure concepts.
