On 19 September an assessment of Kyrgyzstan’s newly minted election law, The Good, The Bad and The Uncertain: Commentary on Kyrgyzstan Election Laws of 2011, was presented to the public.

On 26 September, the focus was back on Ukraine with the publication of the Review and Analysis of the Draft Law on the Election of People's Deputies of Ukraine.
