Election Resource Center

The F. Clifton White Election Resource Center (ERC) is a diverse collection of unique election materials from around the world. The ERC contains thousands of key electoral documents – including ballots, country reports, electoral codes, civic education posters and more – that IFES has produced or collected over the years. This comprehensive collection captures IFES’ ongoing work, as well as historic moments in democracy-building. To keep the collection dynamic and updated, IFES continually adds new materials, aided by its program staff and local partners around the world.

All of the resources in the ERC are organized into five collections: Civic Education, Constitutions, Election Law, Reports, and Ballots.

A search function is available within each of the collections. Search filters include the following:
