IFES - Hybl Research Fellowship
Fellowships
Hybl Fellowship
The William and Kathy Hybl Fellowship, funded by William Hybl, Chairman of IFES Board of Directors, and wife, Kathy, awards up to two $5,000 Hybl Fellowships to bring outstanding graduate students from the Rocky Mountain region to Washington, D.C. to conduct research in democracy building.
The Hybl Fellowship is available for U.S. or international graduate students attending universities in the US Rocky Mountain region (Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming).
