IFES - Research Fellowships
Democracy Fellowships
IFES Democracy Fellowships
IFES awards two to four $5,000 Democracy Studies Fellowships to bring outstanding graduate students to Washington, D.C. to engage in democracy development research.
Based at IFES' F. Clifton White Applied Research Center for Democracy and Elections, Fellows have access to IFES experts as well as IFES' internationally recognized collection of election-related research. Fellows conduct independent research with IFES mentors for 6 to 8 weeks and must complete a paper for presentation to the public or IFES colleagues.
