Study of the Mexican Electoral System- An International Perspective on the 2007 Constitutional Electoral Reform

The Federal Electoral Institute (IFE) and the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) signed a memorandum of understanding of institutional cooperation. IFES will carry out a study to diagnose the Mexican electoral system from an international perspective. The report will analyze the different stages of the electoral process surrounding the Mexican electoral process 2008-2009.  IFES will make use of its expertise and will gather observations and analyses from a number of electoral professionals with different areas of technical electoral expertise.
