The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) is deeply saddened by the passing of Senior Disability Rights Adviser Yusdiana (“Diana”) of Indonesia. She died of complications after surgery in Jakarta on December 28. Our sincerest thoughts are with her family and the disability community.

Joe was a part of IFES from the very beginning, working hand-in-hand with our founder, F. Clifton White.

WASHINGTON/KYIV — Dec. 5, 2013 — A clear majority of Ukrainians is dissatisfied with the socio-political situation in the country, with 87 percent displeased with the economy and 79 percent expressing the same opinion on the political state of affairs, according to a survey conducted by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).
