IFES to Host Political Finance Conference

IFES will host a conference in Managua, Nicaragua to discuss political finance in Latin America. The vice president of Costa Rica and former IFES consultant Kevin Casas Zamora will attend the conference. Nicaragua is currently preparing for presidential and parliamentary elections that are scheduled in November.
