Our experienced staff provides technical assistance in rule of law, election administration, civil society, good governance and applied research, among other topics. CEPPS is composed of three equal partners: the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), the International Republican Institute (IRI), and the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI).
