Training
Training is one essential pillar of the institutional and individual capacity building needed to achieve professionalism, growth, sustainability and knowledge exchange within and among stakeholders in elections and political processes. At the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), we specialize in developing customized training curriculums and capacity building programs to suit the needs of our stakeholders, including election management staff, civil society representatives and governmental officials. Further, we integrate important cross-cutting themes of gender, youth and accessibility and emphasize experiential learning, team-building and knowledge gain to improve understanding of all facets of the democratic process.
