ICC's Investigation into Post-Election Violence in Cote d'Ivoire

Earlier this month, the International Criminal Court authorized an investigation into the alleged abuses committed following the November 2010 presidential election in Côte d'Ivoire. This is the seventh investigation of this type and the first in a state that is not a signatory to the ICC's founding treaty.
