Season of Change? Russia's Recent Elections and Their Effect on Democracy in Eurasia

On Thursday, March 22, IFES hosted an event on the recent Russian election cycle. Discussion focused on how the outcome of parliamentary and presidential elections, and the resulting public reaction inside Russia, are impacting the tenuous development of democracy in the country and what influence these factors may have on national elections taking place in neighboring countries this year.
