Ericka Ward-Audena, Program Administrator, Finance and Anti-Racism Task Force Chair
Ericka Ward-Audena is the HQ Chairwoman of the Anti-Racist Task Force and the Eastern Europe Eurasia Finance Program Administrator at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems' (IFES).
Ward-Audena has worked in both corporate finance and international project financial management for 15 years. In this scope, she has worked on audits, financial reporting, modeling and compliance. In addition, Ward-Audena has studied Antiracism formally and informally for more than 20 years. As Chairwoman of the ARTF, she is responsible for providing recommendations to IFES on ways to improve areas where systematic racism often creep into our posture, employee experience and programming.
Ward-Audena holds a BA in International Business with an emphasis in Finance, African Studies and French from San Diego State University. She also holds a MA in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University in Virginia.
