“La Citoyenneté” is a booklet from August 1997, available in French, which is made up of a comic strip and text explaining to government structure in Guinea and the rights guaranteed to Guinean citizens. Belarus Referendum Ballot 1996
Ballot used for the seven-question referendum held in Belarus on 24 November 1996. The first four questions in the referendum were proposed by President Alexander Lukashenko, and the final three were proposed by the Supreme Court. The voters voted on the following:
-Whether Independence Day should be moved to 3 July, to commemorate the liberation of Belarus
-Approval of the constitutional amendments proposed by President Lukashenko
-Approval of the free sale of land
-Abolition of the death penalty
-Approval of the constitutional amendment proposed by the Supreme Soviet
-Direct elections to local bodies
-Should all state expenses be part of the national budget.

“Guide d’education civique et morale” is a guide from September 1996, available in French, with the goal of educating students on civic culture, democracy and peace. “The Freedom of Choosing” is an informative brochure, available in Portuguese, published in June, 1994 by the National Electoral Commission of Guinea-Bissau. The guide explains the importance of being granted the liberty to choose and to participate in elections without being pressured to elect a certain political party. The message in the guide is sent through cartoons and some short dialogues between the members of a family in the Guinea-Bissau.
