Issued by the Electoral Commission of Papua New Guinea in December 1996, the newsletter entitled “Vote in Poll or Shut Up” attempts to encourage PNG citizens to register to vote and participate in the upcoming 1997 general elections. Ballot used in the 1996 Legislative elections in Puerto Rico. The main parties in the election were the Partido Nuevo Progresista, the Partido Popular Democratico, and the Partido Independentista Puertorriqueno. This ballot was used in San Juan, in Senate district 1, and Representative district 5.

Ballot used for the 5 November 1996 Puerto Rico General Election. This ballot was used to elect the Governor of Puerto Rico and the Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico. Voters could either vote for a party list or individual candidates. The main parties in the election were the Partido Nuevo Progresista, the Partido Popular Democratico, and the Partido Independentista Puertorriqueno.
