This ballot was used in Bucharest, district no. 41, and voters selected the party list of whom they wished to cast their ballot. The main parties in the election were the Democratic National Salvation Front, Romanian Democratic Convention, and the National Salvation Front.

Ballot used in the first round of the 1992 presidential election in Romania. The main candidates in the 27 Septemeber election were Ion ILIESCU (Democratic National Salvation Front), Emil CONSTANTINESCU, and Gheorghe FUNAR (Romanian National Unity Party). A second round of voting was held on 11 October.
