Erni Andriani
Erni Andriani is the senior program manager for the IFES General Election Network for Disability Access (AGENDA) and manages AGENDA program implementation and the work of the partner organizations in Burma, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Lao PDR, and the Philippines.
Andriani started her career in international development at IFES in Indonesia in 1999 and has since implemented large-scale governance, health, law and justice, and disability rights programs funded by USAID; the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade; the Department for International Development; Asian Development Bank; and the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor. Andriani has substantial experience in project management, budgeting, and coordinating the implementation and administration of program activities. Through her work, she has liaised with numerous government officials, donor agencies, international and in-country consultants, national team members, and local communities. Andriani has represented AGENDA in international conferences, including AICHR events, sharing knowledge and experiences from her work on increasing access to elections for persons with disabilities. Ms. Andriani holds a Bachelor of Law from Trisakti University in Jakarta and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University in Ohio, USA.
