Rachel Arnold is an Inclusion Program Officer at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), where she provides technical expertise to IFES’s work on promoting political participation of persons with disabilities. Her experience includes supporting civil society advocacy and leading trainings on disability-inclusive participation for election management bodies, government stakeholders, and civil society, including organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs).

Prior to joining IFES, Rachel worked for Disability Rights International, an international advocacy organization promoting the human rights and full participation in society of children and adults with disabilities. Rachel holds a master’s degree in International Development from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Hendrix College.
