Voters' Choices / Community Concerns
“Voters’ Choices/Community Concerns” is a September 2000 report issued by the United Nations Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in order to present community concerns, perspectives, and priorities before the October 28th, 2000 municipal elections. Of the 1000 people interviewed across Kosovo the top priority was health care, specifically the lack of health care facilities. Other issues that were repeatedly addressed were education, employment opportunities, availability of drinkable water, and social services.

This document was produce in 2000 in lead up to the municipal elections in Kosovo. The document describes voting counting, the proportional representation system and also provides visual aids related to the physical voting process. There are several edition of this document in different languages including Turkish, Albanian and Serbian.
