The report discusses voter's rights and responsibilities, women's issues in the 1990, 1992, and 1993 parliamentary and presidential elections, as well as a summary of data gathered on voter education.

Suriname Emerges
“Suriname Emerges,” was a play written in 1993 that was intended to stimulate a discussion and teach about civic values. The play set in a futuristic, cohesive and democratic Suriname with Creole as the primary language of the performance. However the actions and visual narrative of the actors on stage express the plays message as well, making it accessbile to a wide audience.

Mongolia Presidential Ballot 1993
Ballot used in the 1993 presidential election in Mongolia. This was the first time that the President of Mongolia had been directly elected. The two main candidates in the election were Punsalmaagiin OCHIRBAT (MNDP-MSDP) and Lodongiyn TUDEV (MPRP).
