“Electoral Ethics” is a personal assertion, available in Spanish, issued in 1998 by Dennis Allen Frias, vice-president of the Electoral Tribunal of Panama, in lead up to the August 30, 1998 National Referendum. The statement is meant to address the importance of the Electoral Tribunal of Panama in exercising its election-related attributes. The statement describes the responsibilities of the Electoral Tribunal since 1990 and the changes it underwent since then.

“Political Leadership” is a civic education handbook, available in Spanish, issued in 1996 in Panama as part of an electoral civic education program of the Electoral Tribunal in Panama. The handbook explains and describes the concept of political leadership and its implications, such as the abilities a leader must possess, his/her qualities, his/her responsibilities and political and social status. Additionally, the handbook contains some games/questions related to the topic.

Lo Ideal y lo Real de la Politica
“The Ideal and the Actual Politics” is an informative comic book, available in Spanish, issued in 1994 by the Ecumenical Committee of Panama (COEPA) and is intended to familiarize the Panamanian society with the concept of democracy and its implications. The comic book briefly explains what democracy represents, as well as, through short dialogues it presents the concept of politics, political participation, political rights and culture.
