“Guide for Regular Elections” is an election guide booklet, available in Spanish, issued in 2004 by the Central Electoral Board of the Dominican Republic, in lead up to the 2004 Presidential Election. The booklet is meant to provide election officials and voters with information about the electoral colleges, the Election Day preparation, voter identification, and the scrutiny process. The booklet was designed to reproduce the concepts contained in the Dominican Electoral Law Nr. 275-97 to a more detailed and simple language.

Palestinian Elections: A Pre-Election Assessment Mission Report (2002)
The International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES), the International Republican Institute (IRI), and the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), as well as a representative of the Government of Norway, jointly organized a pre-election assessment mission to the West Bank and Gaza between July 14 and July 24, 2002. The purpose of the mission was fourfold: 1) to evaluate the pre-electoral environment and identify the requirements of the Palestinian Authority, political parties, civil society and the international community to establish a meaningful electoral process; 2) to identify the elements of the process that are most vulnerable and the obstacles that must be overcome; 3) to assess the state of technical preparations for elections; and 4) to recommend electoral reform measures that could enhance the transparency and credibility of the process.

“Electoral Training Manual-Electoral College Members” is an electoral training workbook, available in Spanish, issued in 2002 by the Central Electoral Board, in lead up to the May 16, 2002 Congressional and Municipal Elections in the Dominican Republic. The manual is a descriptive source of information about the procedures and attributes for those who will become Electoral College Members during the 2002 Congressional and Municipal Elections. The guide provides information on the responsibilities of each member of the Electoral College at the different stages in the electoral process. Additionally, it includes various forms of valuable use for the college members at all times during the electoral process.
