“1995 Voter Information Guide” is a voter handbook prepared in 1995 by Bob Taft, the Secretary of State of Ohio, in lead up to the May 2, 1995 Primary Election and the November 7, 1995 General Election. The guide is meant to provide voters with information about registering and voting, absentee voting including the armed services absentee voting, to inform them about their rights as voters and the procedures that lead to a correct exercise of voting.
