“Democracy is Everyone’s Responsibility” is a Civic Education Booklet, available in Spanish, issued in 1992 by PARTICIPA, Chile. The booklet describes democracy and informs citizens of how they may participate in building a democratic society. By teaching the values of democracy to the readers and its importance, the booklet is meant to serve as an incentive for people to participate in creating a democratic Chile.
