“Infoproject” is an informative bulletin issued in 1995 by CENTRAS and the Agency for Press Monitoring, available in Romanian, and meant to serve as a source of information about the nature of the projects implemented by the Non-Governmental Organizations. The bulletin serves the purpose of strengthening the practices of monitoring the right to information and to create a contact ground among all the NGO’s that are functioning in Romania. The bulletin includes the personal statements of various people working in different NGOs about their role in the public society, and continues with describing certain NGOs and the type of projects being worked on by them.

The document was created by the Support Program for Decentralization and funded by the Swiss Association for International Cooperation. Topics covered in the comic strip include Communal Elections, candidate qualifications for the Communal Council and how to vote.
