“Your Guide to Voting in the General Elections” was published by Elections, New Zealand in 1999 in preparation for the November 27th, 1999 general elections. “Droits de l’Homme” is a booklet from 1998, available in French, which consists of a comic strip on the Declaration of Human Rights and a brief introduction explaining that December 1998 will be the 50 year anniversary of the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The document’s comic strip, published by LINELIT to be distributed in the Democratic Republic of Congo, outlines each article of the declaration with an illustration of that point, for example a family that comes to the conclusion that all humans are born equal in dignity and rights.
