“Election Complaints and Appeal Sub-Commission” is a document presented by the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) in preparation for the 2001 Parliamentary Elections. The document outlines the procedures necessary to file complaints and information on examples of possible complaints or appeals that may be filed by citizens of Kosovo.
