“How to Vote in These Elections” is a newsletter flyer, available in Spanish, published in 1997 by the “La Prensa” newspaper in Honduras, in lead up to the November 30, 1997 General Elections in Honduras and intended to instruct voters on the voting procedures. This special issue of the newsletter contains some cartoons reflecting the political parties participating in the elections.

The document, published by the Republic of Senegal Ministry of the Interior with the help of IFES, uses drawings to illustrate the step by step procedure for casting a vote.
