All Around Kentucky
This September 1998 edition of the Kentucky Farm Bureau’s “All Around Kentucky” was released in lead up to that year’s November 3rd elections. The magazine featured articles on legislation related to tobacco use, the opening of the Farm Bureau Bank in 1999 and the upcoming farm safety week. The pages predominately are focused on the senate race between Republican Jim Bunning, Democrat Scotty Baesler and Reform candidate Charles R. Arbegust. Bunning would go on to win the November 3, 1998 election and serve two terms as Kentucky’s Junior Senator.
