“Referendum” is a poster, available in Spanish, issued in 1995 by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal of Ecuador in lead up to the November 26, 1995 Referendum. The poster is meant to encourage citizens to vote in the November 26 Referendum polls.

Ecuador Consulta Popular Ballot 1995
Ecuador held a series of eleven referendums on 20 September 1995. The first eight questions were put to voters under article 79 of the constitution, and were non-binding on the National Assembly. The last three questions were put forward under article 149, which mandates that all constitutional reforms must be approved by the public.
