Election Observation Report of the Elections to the House of Representatives, Republic of Croatia, 29 October 1995
This report was completed in 1995, shortly after the adoption of new electoral laws in Croatia. IFES election observers arrived to monitor the October 1995 Parliamentary elections. IFES concerns about the new election laws and the manner in which they were adopted along with the consequences of their adoption are discussed in the report. The report also provides a break down and explanation of electoral laws in Croatia.

Ballot paper used for the 1993 Honduran General Election. This ballot paper was used for the Presidential, Parliamentary, and Municipal elections. The main candidates in the Presidential election were Carlos Roberto REINA Idiaquez (Partido Liberal de Honduras), Marco Orlando IRIARTE Arita (Partido Democrata Cristian de Honduras), Olban Francisco VALLADARES (Partido Innovacion y Unidad), and Jose Oswaldo RAMOS Soto (Partido Nacional de Honduras).

“Election Guide” is an informative guide, available in Spanish, published in 1993 by the National Electoral Tribunal of Honduras, in lead up to the November 28, 1993 General Elections. The handbook is meant to instruct and assist the Board of Elections when observing the elections. The handbook offers guidance on the technical details of the elections day, such as the procedures to be performed by the Board of Elections, from the opening moment to the closing point of the polls. Additionally, it contains information on the vote counting procedures.

Estonia General Election Ballot 1992
Ballot used the first post-Soviet elections in Estonia. The left side of the page was used for Presidential elections, in which the main candidates were Arnold RUUTEL, Lennart MERI, and Rein TAAGEPERA. The 1992 election was the only time that Estonia's President was directly elected. The right side of the ballot shows candidates for the Parliament in the Louna-Tallinn district.
