This 1996 score card entitled “Make No Mistake,” paid for by the US Taxpayers Party National Committee serves as propaganda promoting Presidential candidate Howard Phillips on a multitude of different issues against other candidates Bill Clinton, Bob Dole, and Harry Browne. Phillips is the founder of the US Taxpayers Party and was their 1996 Presidential candidate.

This voter guide contains general voting information to instruct people about their rights as voters and the procedures that lead to the correct exercise of voting. At the same time, this 1996 NYC Voter Guide gives voters information about voting on municipal ballot proposals, including the referendum on term limits and statements for and against this ballot proposal. Summary information is also provided on state ballot questions and any other municipal ballot questions that may be before the voters.
