Manual de Educacion Civica
“Handbook of Civic Education” is an educative manual, available in Spanish, and published in 1991 by the PARTICIPA Corporation of private law in Chile. The manual is intended to serve as a source of information, for students, on the theory of democracy and the historic analysis of the Chilean institutional system. The book consists of 2 parts divided in 12 chapters, the first part being the theoretical part based on the chapter dedicated to the Human Being and the Human Rights, the Person and the Society, the Political Regimes and so on, while the second part focuses on chapters focused on the historical analysis of the Chilean institutional system. Some of the chapters focus on the following themes: the Constitutional Rights and Guarantees, the Regional Electoral Tribunals, and the Constitutional Reform. Additionally, it includes educational exercise samples after each chapter.

Report on the Election in the Republic of China on December 2, 1989
This 1989 report on elections in China summarizes the various Chinese political institutions, the contemporary political scene, pre-election observations and the role and structure of major political parties and special interest groups and the voting procedure.
