Issued by the Electoral Commission of Papua New Guinea in December 1996, the newsletter entitled “Vote in Poll or Shut Up” attempts to encourage PNG citizens to register to vote and participate in the upcoming 1997 general elections. “Val-Special” is a Swedish pamphlet produced by Invandrar Tidningen in 1991 that provides voter information to Swedish eligible citizens before the September 15th, 1991 county council and municipal elections and the October 20th, 1991 parochial church council elections. Instructions on how to vote both in Sweden and abroad are found in English, Swedish, Finnish, Spanish, Serbian, Turkish, Greek, Polish, French, German, Tigrinya, Northern and Southern Kurdish, Persian, and Arabic.
