“Voters’ Choices/Community Concerns” is a September 2000 report issued by the United Nations Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in order to present community concerns, perspectives, and priorities before the October 28th, 2000 municipal elections. Of the 1000 people interviewed across Kosovo the top priority was health care, specifically the lack of health care facilities. Other issues that were repeatedly addressed were education, employment opportunities, availability of drinkable water, and social services.

This document also includes facts on the qualifications and process of becoming a Presidential candidate as well as several tables and charts further detailing the four stages of the US Presidential election procedure.

Social Security, Tax cuts and Public School Reform are some of the issues addressed by G.W. Bush. Additionally, the brochure contains a section on Chuck Robb’s record on his approach on public schools and taxes in Virginia, viewed as negative by the Republican Party of Virginia.
