A Guide to Conducting a Successful Voter Education Drive” is a voter handbook issued in 1998 by the Election Division of the Office of the Texas Secretary of State, in lead up to the 1998 General Election in Texas. The brochure is part of the secretary of State’s voter registration drive program designed to increase participation in the election process through registering new voters and encouraging voter turnout. Its aim is to provide guidelines for businesses, associations, schools, and other organizations that wish to plan and implement a voter registration/education drive. Additionally, it contains a list of the voter registrars by county and an Election Calendar with the most important dates of the 1998 General Election in Texas.

The DC Wise Guide
“The DC Wise Guide” is a guide issued in 1998 by the League of Women Voters in the District of Columbia with the objective of providing background information about the government of the District of Columbia, USA, and how to participate in its politics by either running for local office or by voting in the upcoming elections.
