“Telarana”is an informative bulletin, available in Spanish, issued in November 1993 by the “Red de Redes” group in Venezuela. The bulletin is meant to familiarize readers with the objectives and activities of the “Red de Redes” group in an effort to reduce the intentional disinformation about the electoral observation process. It also gives some information on the electoral campaign of the civil society organized in Venezuela in 1993 as part of the national plan to inform and motivate citizens to participate in the electoral process.
