“How You Should Vote” is an informative handbook, available in Spanish, issued in 1989 by the National Electoral Council in Venezuela in lead up to the December 1989 Venezuelan Local Elections and meant to familiarize voters with the voting procedures. The handbook describes, step by step, how to vote and which offices citizens will vote for. Additionally, it contains a sample of registration card to be used when voting.
