Understanding Your Constitution
Published by the Constitution Public Awareness and Education Committee, “Understanding Your Constitution” outlines the 1970, 1990, and 1997 Constitutions of Fiji in regards to the rights and interests of the indigenous population of Fiji. This article concludes that the 1997 Constitution is in accordance with the 1970 and 1990 Constitutions in that all three protect and preserve the rights of the indigenous.
