“”Conciencia” Informative Bulletin” is an informative bulletin, available in Spanish, issued in 1991 by the “CONCIENCIA” organization, Colombia. The bulletin provides information on the functions of the “CONCIENCIA” movement, the role and essence of democracy and elections, and the importance of education as part of the democratic society. Additionally, the bulletin encloses a community empowerment calendar for citizens to stimulate citizens’ participation and involvement in the society.
