Included in this packet of information are questions and answers on voting information, the role of the church, and basic electoral structure as well as an illustrated guide to the steps of proper voting.

Estonia General Election Ballot 1992
Ballot used the first post-Soviet elections in Estonia. The left side of the page was used for Presidential elections, in which the main candidates were Arnold RUUTEL, Lennart MERI, and Rein TAAGEPERA. The 1992 election was the only time that Estonia's President was directly elected. The right side of the ballot shows candidates for the Parliament in the Louna-Tallinn district.
