“Campagne nationale d’education electorale” is a pamphlet from May 2005, available in French, which educates readers about their right and responsibility to vote. The document, published with the help of IFES, prepares citizens for the 2005 Presidential Election in Guinea where they are strongly encouraged to vote. “Information about Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Voters” was published in 1999 in lead up to the general elections that were held in Kazakhstan on October 10 and 24 of that year. The booklet describes the voting rights of Kazakhstani’s including universal adult suffrage. Also, there are sections on topics such as election financing and canvassing as well as the timing and place of the election.

“Guide to Voters on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” is an informative brochure, available in both Kazakh and Russian, published in 1998 by the Central Electoral Commission in Kazakhstan, in lead up to the January 10, 1999 Presidential Election in Kazakhstan. The document is a guide explaining voters some of the following election-related topics: the structure and function of the electoral system, voters’ rights and responsibilities, rules and procedures for the elections, as well as instructions on how to fill out a ballot.

Que Dieu protege la Guinee
“Que Dieu protege la Guinee” is a September 1993 memo, available in French, which addresses religious citizens of Guinea and summarizes a disastrous situation in which Guineans no longer care for each other, resulting in violence and chaos. The document, published by the Muslim and Christian religious leaders of Guinea, states that the upcoming 1993 Presidential Elections could be a turning point for the country if national unity can be preserved through social justice and freedom.
