Education in Kosova Figures and Facts
“Education in Kosova Facts and Figures” is a year 2000 report on Kosovo’s educational system in the academic year 1999/2000. Included is a section on education in a geographic context and a section that expands on the history and current structure of Kosovo’s educational system. Also, language of instruction is widely looked at. In some cases, the data is also looked at by muncipality, and it should be noted that muncipal elections were held in Kosovo in the year 2000.

IFES Kosovo Works to Engage Youth in Political and Electoral Processes
To increase youth participation in, and awareness of, political and electoral issues in Kosovo, the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) implemented an intensive program, which included mock debates, election simulations, and meetings with political entities. The information from these reports will be used by Kosovo’s Central Election Commission and civil society organizations to develop their public outreach strategies and to identify which groups of voters will need more effective targeting and motivation.

Democracy Camps in the Kyrgyz Republic benefit Students with Disabilities
The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) recently completed its annual Democracy Camp program in the Kyrgyz Republic, which brought together 120 secondary school students from across the country, including – for the first time – seven students with disabilities.

IFES Ltd. Final Report on Kosovo Voter Education Outreach Project
This report analyzes IFES activities designed to ensure that citizens developed a better conceptual understanding of how a democratic system works and exercised that knowledge by increasing active engagement in local political life. The project's goal was to ensure that a voter education programme was developed focusing on the most fundamental level, villages and small communities without access to television or radio, and that it was carried out by Kosovars themselves.

This report was designed to increase the knowledge of governance, citizenship and participation for secondary schools in the Kyrgyz Republic. The report, using diagrams and educational techniques, teaches students the importance of good governance, human rights and the origins of the state.
