“We all Have a Dream” is a Christmas card, available in Spanish, sent out in 1999 by Ricardo Lagos, the candidate for the 2000 Presidential election in Chile, and his wife, Luisa Duran, in lead up to the 2000 Presidential Election in Chile. The card talks about the dreams every Chilean citizen has, such as free people, equality and a Great Chile.

A Guide to the Voter
In preparation for the December 7th, 1996 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections in Ghana, the Electoral Commission of Ghana published “A Guide to the Voter.” This guide provided Ghanaian citizens with complete voter registration information, further information on the election process and an overview of election workers. The purpose of this guide is to educate the public and contribute towards a peaceful, free, and fair election.

“Human Rights and Democracy” is a Civic Education Discussion Guide, available in Spanish, issued in 1989 by PARTICIPA, Chile. The guide gives a detailed explanation about the evolution of human rights, describes its characteristics and its classification, as well as it exposes how human rights have been categorized throughout the years. The handbook illustrates the connection between the government and civil rights, its guarantees as well as the obligations the citizens have in connection to the respect of human rights.
