The pamphlet is a series of drawings accompanied by short explanations on the voting process.

The brochure includes a presentation of the structure and functions of the local public administration, the role of the NGOs, the partnership between NGOs and the public authorities. Additionally, it includes a section explaining how to write project financing project.
