Regional Director on “The Elections We Want” in Africa

On the Hill: Electoral Preparations in the Democratic Republic of Congo
On August 8, 2018, the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) announced that President Joseph Kabila will not be running during the country’s highly anticipated elections set for December 23, 2018.
