Constitution (Big Law Book) of Liberia
Published by Liberian Democracy Watch (LDW) in 1999, “Constitution (Big Law Book) of Liberia” serves as an interpretation of the actual Liberian Constitution of 1986 in the vernacular with illustrations. This publication summarizes the important aspects of government structure, fundamental rights and national policy of Liberia, and the functions of the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of government in an effort to better educate the Liberian public. “How to Vote in These Elections” is a newsletter flyer, available in Spanish, published in 1997 by the “La Prensa” newspaper in Honduras, in lead up to the November 30, 1997 General Elections in Honduras and intended to instruct voters on the voting procedures. This special issue of the newsletter contains some cartoons reflecting the political parties participating in the elections.

Cartilla Electoral
“Election Guide” is an informative guide, available in Spanish, published in 1993 by the National Electoral Tribunal of Honduras, in lead up to the November 28, 1993 General Elections. The handbook is meant to instruct and assist the Board of Elections when observing the elections. The handbook offers guidance on the technical details of the elections day, such as the procedures to be performed by the Board of Elections, from the opening moment to the closing point of the polls. Additionally, it contains information on the vote counting procedures.
