“Guide: Step by Step” is an electoral handbook, available in Spanish, issued in 2006 by the Supreme Electoral Council in Nicaragua in lead up to the November 5, 2006 Nicaraguan General Elections. The handbook is supposed to instruct the polling station officials about their responsibilities before and during the elections and to serve as guidance through the voting procedures. Additionally, the guide contains examples of the documents needed by the polling station officials when following the required voting procedures.

“My National Assembly” is an informational booklet, available in Spanish, issued in 1996 by the “Hagamos Democracia” civic group in Nicaragua and intended to familiarize Nicaraguans with the structure and responsibilities of the legislative power in Nicaragua, the National Assembly. The booklet describes the attributes of the National Assembly and the rights and duties citizens have to participate in the national politics of the country, specifically through the National Assembly. Additionally, the booklet contains the list of deputies in the National Assembly from 1990-1996.
