“Educational Booklet for the Ordinary General Presidential Election” is an election guide, available in Spanish, issued in 2004 by the Central Electoral Board of the Dominican Republic, in lead up to the 2004 Presidential Election. The guide is meant to provide the election officials with detailed information about the procedures that would bring to a satisfactory development of the elections. The guide is a source of information for the election officials to understand the procedures before, during, and after the elections. It contains descriptions and explanations of each one of the four stages of the electoral process: organizing the elections, voting, scrutiny, and the results.

“The Draft Constitution Selected Provisions,” is a booklet published in 1994 that describes what the new constitution of Uganda specifies. "Candidates Meetings/ Candidates Campaigns" is a pamphlet published in 1994 during the lead up to Uganda’s constitutional assembly election of that year. The pamphlet discusses the candidates' meetings and the voting process. The candidates' meetings are highlighted as a time voters can gain knowledge on candidates and by doing so make an more informed decision with their vote. The voting and voter registration processes were also covered to aid voters in the process.

“General Rules of Procedure; Electoral Regulations” is an informational booklet, available in Spanish, issued in 1999 by the “Citizen Participation” movement in the Dominican Republic. The booklet identifies the general rules within the civic movement organization called “Citizen Participation.” The booklet names the conditions of becoming a member of the civic movement organization, the rights of the institutions within the organization, explains and describes the main institutional components of the organization. Moreover, it lays out the attributes one must meet in order to be elected as a member for the institutional units of the organization.

“Code of Conduct for Civil Educators” is a 1996 publication that was aimed at supporting educational initiatives towards the Ugandan Constitution. The piece outlines the role of civic educators in Uganda as people who should foster strong voter turnout, as well as promote an open flow of knowledge so that voters can make the decision that is right for them. Furthermore this was published in 1996 the same year as the Ugandan presidential and parliamentary elections.
