"Candidates Meetings/ Candidates Campaigns" is a pamphlet published in 1994 during the lead up to Uganda’s constitutional assembly election of that year. The pamphlet discusses the candidates' meetings and the voting process. The candidates' meetings are highlighted as a time voters can gain knowledge on candidates and by doing so make an more informed decision with their vote. The voting and voter registration processes were also covered to aid voters in the process.

“Code of Conduct for Civil Educators” is a 1996 publication that was aimed at supporting educational initiatives towards the Ugandan Constitution. “Getting to Know the Civic History of Mexico 5” is an informative booklet, available in Spanish, published in 1996 by the Federal Electoral Institute, and it presents the civic historical facts and personalities throughout the months of January- March. The pamphlet is meant to amplify the knowledge of Mexican citizens regarding the most important happenings that have shaped the creation of Mexico, its identity and its historical memories that have been significant factors in the building of a democratic culture in Mexico. Some of the events mentioned are: the adoption of the Agrarian Law in January, 1915 and the Tlatelolco Treaty of February 1967.

“The Electoral Crimes?” is an informative brochure, available in Spanish, issued in 2000 by the Federal Electoral Institute in Mexico, in lead up to the July 2, 2000 Mexican General Elections. The brochure names a series of possible electoral crimes and it encourages the denouncement of such. Additionally, it briefly describes the concept of free and secret voting. Additionally, the brochure specifies the electoral crimes that could be committed by the election officials, political candidates/officials and the public officials.
